Knocked up some Naan bread and marinated chicken breast with olive oil, soy, garlic, fish sauce, dijon, dried thyme and rosemary, lemon juice and S & P.

What was to be Stuffed baked potato became this after Mrs Captain (aka Wench) offered to scrub the spuds for me and didn't stop there and peeled them also. Just as good and more room to add butter. And a quick Tuna Pasta Bake to feed the unexpected.

Another delicious Toad in the hole. This time I got to use the Tallow I made and it made such a difference. Also reminded me of the way hot chips use to taste.

Mothers Day lunch/Dinner. Smoked Brisket and other yummy things.

A few night ago I made Filet-O-Fish. Yesterday was Pork Belly burnt ends. Also some chicken drumsticks, small cheese cranksy's and my second attempt at making a mac & cheese that I like.

Lamb chops on a bead of roasted pumpkin Cous Cous with cinnamon sugar, cumin roasted carrots. This is a meal for two. I put it all on a serving plater which I find I'm doing more of lately rather than serving on individual plates.

Steamed pork buns for dinner along with some fried rice. All leftovers. Pulled pork from the weekend taco's. Just add some Soy and Oyster sauce. Yum.

Pikelets with some blue berry's and raspberry's. Easy like a Sunday morning..
