The Wench surprised me with a couple of Lamb racks. Friday night and I was not in the mood for cooking but so glad I did.

So it was Fathers Day yesterday Down Under. After a recent holiday road trip with the caravan we came across an electric benchtop pizza oven in an outback pub. We where really impressed with the pizza's and had mentioned it to the family along with other travel stories so they surprised me with one for fathers day. Yumm!

So Covid hard lockdown has been extended for another week... It's affected my wife dramatically. She went hunting and found our over 25year old bread machine. She cleaned it down and made bread... 😲 It worked perfectly. She then requested I do some Savoury mince to go with it. I must add that the only domestic quality my wife has, is that she lives in a house..
