Is there a restaurant that serves a good gazpacho in Montreal ?

close to work, there's the "Foumagerie" cheese shop on sherbrooke, and they have a nice gazpacho in the summer.

I'm looking for something more authentic ....

I know I can make my own, but I don't always have the time.

have you tried the soupe soup outlets, either on st-viateur or duluth? they have good seasonal soups, but it may be, well it is, too early for fresh local tomatoes...

The good thing about gazpacho is that you can make a big batch and it keeps fairly well for a week or so in the fridge. We do this at home, making about 3-4 liters of gazpacho, and keep it in the fridge. I can swear it even tastes better after 1 or 2 days.

Isn't much easier to make Gazapacho? I've never really try to order something like that in a restaurant, but then again I'm in NYC.
