Chartreuse and Cocktails with Chartreuse

This evening's selection is the Bijou -- equal parts gin, green Chartreuse, and sweet vermouth, plus a dash of orange bitters. For me that meant Aviation gin, Carpano Antica vermouth, and Regan's Orange bitters:
