It's ok if the chefs use blenders. However, I'll pick the brand!

Rosie, didn't you just take a vacation in late spring?

Are you trying to emulate the Europeans?

Last spring I took a tour.

This is just a short vacation until my next trip to a family event. I go away as often as possible to keep Lowell off of the golf course!

Well, the Germans get 6 weeks per year, the French and Italians get 5 weeks. Were we all born in the wrong place?

(Not to mention the 2-3 hour lunch break)

I've got Flower Oysters fo an app

2nd course if allowed, Tuna & Shrimp cerviche. ( David, I know you're coming Sat, I'll have an assortment of apps for your party)

3rd course, I'm to believe steak is to be served, if you all want something beside the infamous Steak sandwich let me know.

what are "flower oysters"? if they're raw, and served with lemon, i'll take 24.

almost-raw tuna and shrimp are right up my alley. totally raw tuna is even more up my alley.

steak in any form gets me going.

and make sure you have some of that awesome 6 dollar red wine. i still have to get the name of that, as i forgot. damn, that was some value.

Be sure to give us a detailed report.

Perhaps they're still partying....

Apparently it's easier still to dictate the conversation and in effect, kill the conversation.
