I make a coffee rugelach and its good but it needs more coffee flavor. I tried the coffee paste used in mousses etc but they did not hold up to the heat. I have asked around & looked online but have not seen anything yet, anyone use or seen such item ? Thanks !

I'm not familiar with any coffee pastes, but I've been happy with Trablit coffee extract and medaglia d'oro instant espresso powder for my coffee flavor needs.
