I'm curious. In the picture, fifth from left, is "Offal", then almost dead centre is "Variety Meats". I thought they were the same thing. 

Is one the UK edition and the other the American? Are they the same?

I think they changed the title for the US edition.   the GB edition also had Game, not the US

 

as these are out of print, there are .pdf files around for all of them.

I bought both cause I was under the impression they might contain some different recipes for both countries

are they exactly ( more or less ) the same ?

 

i think Offal was published first then changed to 'variety meats'

 

this were published when the 'market' was still 'white-bread' and suburban.

 

hence no "game" in the US

 

who would want to cook Bambi ?
