At the moment they are 25 percent off.

The meeting is going on at the moment, thanks.

Pizza. Staff meeting in the morning. I expect the worst.

No complaints. I suggest silicone gloves unless you like licking flagpoles.

But keep social distance. Bacon fat in baked goods appeals to me more than the thought of duck or goose fat.

I should clarify, to my ear the sound of the Vesta compressor is not at all unpleasant. Reminds me of my bedroom white noise machine. The problem is the Vesta cycles on and off. And when the compressor cycles on the lamp plugged into the same outlet dims. After I blast chilled the batch of soup I decided to blast freeze two of the containers. Because I could. I may be making soup more often. My next blast freezer project depends on the logistics of obtaining cream.

As we speak I am blast chilling a batch of soup...the compressor is loud. I know I said I would measure the wattage, but the outlet is underneath a desk and I doubt the measurement will happen soon.

I asked and I was told just now that they have stock of the Frysta. Also the units were supposed to have shipped with shelves. They are sending me a shelf. Now if I only had a Pacojet.

Was the video called Vesta Story? If so, I once had a small tech manufacturing company myself.

You can do it. Thank me later. The problem may be finding one. -
I have not seen a corporate video, and maybe don't want to, but what about the company made you ill?

The first shipment was apparently for twenty units. At least the number went from zero to twenty in stock last week. Then I saw the number drop to eighteen. Your guess is as good as mine where those two units went. Now it is zero. And so life goes on.

As mentioned in the dinner topic, Bugialli's minestra di farro. Equal parts Rancho Gordo Marcella beans and organic farro from Bob's Red Mill. There are quarts and quarts remaining. Bugialli says it reheats, as well as being served at room temperature.

Bugialli's minestra di farro. Bugialli on Pasta (p381). Glass of V.E.P Chartreuse, for health reasons. Not shown.

When I was on food stamps I did not shop at Whole Foods.

My Cuisinart is about 35.

I was hoping for a counter argument.

Cuisinart goes in the dishwasher...does your counter?

I fear the blimp was turned back at the border. These are hard times. Like the little red hen I realized I was going to have to do this myself. And I did! With the help of a bottle of Chartreuse. As everyone here surely knows Chartreuse V.E.P. is shipped in a sturdy wooden case. Normally the Chartreuse case keeps my bedroom window closed. But the case is just the height of two stairs. I used it to support the weight of the Vesta box as I edged the Vesta up the stairs. Still no picnic nor piece of cake. Had the case slipped the Vesta would have tumbled down on top of me. And I'd had no more worry of the virus. Pardon the ambient lighting of my living room.

I believe that is the piece that Modernist Bread recommends. And, no, I am not getting up to check.

I usually use a non-stick electric griddle. Once I decided to try my big Falk frying pan. Incinerated the tortillas.
