I just use a hoe to make a straight-ish row. The tiny seeds like lettuce I crouch down and sprinkle. The big seeds like beans I'm on hands and knees or crouching depending on how my knees are feeling lol. A couple years ago I bought one of these things that attaches to a drill. It's SO nice for planting tomatoes. Edited to add. I have a couple rows of beans planted but they aren't up yet. I'm waiting on more corn seed because the dang raccoons broke into my seed box in the garage and ate ALL THE CORN. Arrrrgh.

This is brilliant! Took some pictures of the just beginning garden this morning. Radishes just poking through. Red potatoes and Yukon gold Onions Lettuce. We've already had some super hot days with more to come so I don't think it's going to do very well. Pak Choi. Dunno how this is going to do either Got a few tomatoes in the ground. They were getting too big in the green house. I usually don't plant until around Mother's Day, but I think it'll be fine this year. Knock on wood, no more freezes. And finally the asparagus area

Yes! I have had this book Carrots Love Tomatoes for years. Very helpful.

Looking at this thread is one of the best parts of my day Roasted chicken, taters and asparagus I soaked some Broadbent's ham pieces in cold water in the fridge over night. Trimmed some of it up and chopped it smaller. Cooked half in a skillet and left the other half uncooked. Really good on pizza! Jalapeño, mushroom and ham.

The lime looks especially good!

WOW. That's great! I've spent an hour googling paper towels lol.

Definitely have to try that @rotuts. Also, am thinking of dicing and soaking some ham and putting on pizza I made pasta last night too. Sauce with spicy Italian sausage and salad.

UGH. I feel your pain. I had a similar experience at the PO a couple weeks ago. Very very nice of you to share your yeast

Picked a nice bunch of collard greens and asparagus just now. Newman is debating on becoming vegetarian.

I'd just do a simple veg like green beans or spinach.

This looks delicious!! How long did you soak the bacon?

Got a box from UPS and inside was yeast! My mom sent it to me . Yeast crisis averted. Still can't find a hint of it in stores around here. Well, online anyway. I haven't been inside a store for a bit.

I ran across an online store that had cheese curds. I love cheese curds so I ordered some and also got some bologna Excuse the poor slicing. Good bologna. Has a hint of smoke. So we had sandwiches again.

@Kim Shook Is the herb butter recipe on your site?

SLB, my condolences to you also. And, also, I was going to suggest Schwan's too. My mom orders from them at times and is usually quite pleased with their products.

Venison spaghetti red with canned tamales. I found a couple cans so I can still have @Kim Shook's tamale pie Crawfish boudin with garden asparagus, fried potatoes, bit of tomato salad and hollandaise.

Yeah, I like seeing it too. I'll take pics next time I'm in the store. I spot check Sam's, walmart, and various other places for TP every few days. Yesterday Sam's website said they had TP--a large package. I forget how many rolls. Anyway, I put a pack in my online cart. Asked Ronnie if he could think of anything else. He wanted a case of water so I found that , put it in the cart. Clicked checkout. TP unavailable . Gotta be quicker, Shelby lol.
