Last night was grilled "country style" ribs and Yukon Gold potatoes served with a salad of most of what was left from Saturdays trip to the farmers market. Spinach blanched chilled green beans 2 chunks of tomato from the fridge cucumber red onion and basil with a balsamic dressing I found it strange that my husband started listing things that would have added to his salad experience...like hard boiled agg or bacon or mushrooms Sounds like a "proper" spinach salad to me... tracey

The first time I had Korean food the meat was cut like that but presented folded back up against the bone. I was so bummed that my dinner was going to take so much longer to cook than everyone elses till the waitress lifted the meat up and cut pieces off with some shears nicely done T -
We hit a local place last night that has all you can eat Snow crab...they also have a carving station and hot and cold buffet lines, but whatever Crab Legs...steamy and full ..... they put a kids playbucket in the middle of the table and give you piles of napkins, shell crackers, and cocktail forks When you have sucked in all the seafood and butter you can its time to waddle past the salad bar to the dessert table....last night I got the first cut of a very moist tasty carrot cake ( that counts as a vegetable right) and some pecan pie to slide into any open spaces Crab legs - butter - maybe some lemon...good to go tracey
