  7. I you can plate the day of...gently tuck your sandwiches back into the bread bags...they do fit quite nicely actually for the evil triple deckers we did catering in the '80s we always stuck them back in the bag and refrigerated to firm them up for slicing tracey

  9. Okay, let me see if I'm following you here. You boil the fat that's been removed from, say, a soup (stock?). You cool it and...remove from water and heat it to drive off the liquid? If by chance you wanted to do a clear soup of some kind....set everyone up with an individual electric drip coffee maker to heat their own soup...maybe having clear mugs with the garnish already in them rental tables called umbrella tables would have a hole in the middle for cords T

Its not bad enough that I have to go out Thursday with a group of 18 where my $12 entree and diet coke is going to cost me 35 bucks by the time we split the bill....but its because of the 'Tinis My rule - BYO is best. Jersey is wonderful for that beacause most of the ethnic restaurants are BYO, if someone want a glass or bottle or 2 of nice wine...have at it tracey

  25. We purchased at Corrados in Wayne NJ a nice Pair of Prime boneless Rib eye (Club) Steaks, and 2 - 8oz Lobster Tails. The butcher did offer to crack into a 12 wk dry aged Poterhopuse for me for the same as the porterhouse in the case...12.99 per pound but its really not my favorite cut. It did look pretty cool and funky though. A few baby potatoes and desserts from Gary's Wine were to be dinner After getting a better look at these we have decided to eat the lobster for breakfast tracey
