If you make your Treats in a plastic bowl in the microwave you only need enough butter to melt and swirl up the sides...maybe a tablespoon. I cant eat them with the full amount of butter anymore...oh and practically no clean up tracey

We arrived today with 4 ppl and a plan...and it actually worked! By 11:10 we were comfortabley seated at a table with 2 orders of 17th St Ribs - 2 Big Bob Gibson sandwiches and sauces - 3 Ed Mitchel sandwiches - and 2 orders from Salt Lick. After polishing off most of that I headed to Martin's for 2 more sandwiches. Ed Mitchel will always be way up there but the Big Bob's sandwiches may have taken top honors this year and my first taste of those Salt Lick sausage has me thinking Texas. Finished off the day (so far) with a nice warm egg tart in China Town, and a beer in Little Italy Tracey

You have to remember that most game meat..venison etc and Bison adn Ostriche are very lean so you may be looking at adding additional fat. If I look for any bun other than standard it would be an onion roll...in NJ these can be a large round sandwich roll or a small square. tracey

We had to repay my M-I-L for some recent dogsitting and tried this for lunch today. I was happy to see so much variety in the non-sushi areas for her, and while she kept them busy with tempura etc. my hubby and I spent an hour working over the sushi and sashimi, including huge softshell crab tempura rolls and a lovely seared tuna salad. Very satisfying lunch. tracey

This is I guess is the same Jenn-Air wonder that my grandmother got...you can have a grill or griddle insert even a deep fryer insert....of course she wouldn't use any of the cool stuff after realizing the fan "sucked" and cooking made a greasy mess of her new kitchen. Add to that mess, this is a spaghetti cookin' grandma and the kitchen also had the Micro over the stove so after a year of many many pots of pasta the steam freeked the controll panel of the microwave and it used to beep and go nutty all the time tracey

Letting the customer add the syrup could lead to lots of trouble, from the group that wants flavored but no sugar or flavored but artificial sweetener. To the slobs that use too much and then dont like it because it is too sweet... tracey
