I'm in Burlington County and I need food!

I've started spending a lot of time in Burlington County lately (in Mount Holly/Lumberton), and was wondering if there's anything mom&pop/ethnic/offthebeatenpath worth checking out in the area... The only thing someone has mentioned to me is Big Ed's in Burlington (bbq). Trenton is a bit too far. Any suggestions would be appreciated... don't have any particular genre in mind... just cheap and tasty.

Thanks

SaxChik beat me to recommending the Robin's Nest. An adorable little bistro and the desserts are truly amazing.

Both Short Hills and Kibitz Room will satify a jones for good deli.

Although I've never eaten at Big Ed's, friends who have didn't have anything good to say about it. For some pretty good ribs, Whistler's Inn in Cinnaminson would be my choice. They have an old ice house out back that they converted into a smokehouse. I think they do only babybacks and pulled pork. Their wings (same recipe as the Jughandle Inn, I think) are good, too.

ETA: Forgot to mention that unfortunately, Burlington County is pretty much a culinary wasteland, dominated by chains and mediocre pizza/Italian places.

Victor,

For lunch (and dinner too) I'd point you towards Sila in a strip center on RT 130 in Edgewater Park just south of Burlington. This was my lunchtime replacement when "The Turkish Restaurant" closed in Bristol.
