In Louisiana, I encountered a number of Gas Stations that had hot Boudin sausage for sale.

Why would anybody stop at one that DIDN'T? :wink:

Throw in a little old man in a battered hat, boiling peanuts RIGHT THERE in the parking lot, and you might just take up residence and have your mail forwarded.
