I used to not be able to eat eggplant and bitter melon gourd as a kid.

Pretty much I finally found a preparation that I enjoyed and I actually enjoy eating themm, especially eggplant.

Mustard I used to hate as a kid as well, now the spicier the better when it comes to mustard.
