Check this out for some fresh wasabi products. I have recieved fresh plants from these guys before but the cost is high and the quality is as good if not better than Japanese imported.

I believe that freshwasabi is the only company in the u.s. that grows the product they also sell it under the pacific farms brand. their phone # is 541-997-7553.

I recently read a recipe for wasabi foam in R. Tramonto's

'Amuse-Bouche' CB . Does anyone have experience

making or eating this?
