* No idea what that means in China.

Breakfast sandwich of kielbasa, cheddar, egg with chili and green onions and tomato on toasted baguette.

A quick breakfast as I was making some sausages rolls when still cool enough to use the oven. These are pork, minced creminis, onion, zucchini, grainy mustard, bread crumbs, chives and tarragon and finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and black salt.

Pancakes with frozen raspberries, dollops of labneh (strained Greek yoghurt) which I often have made in the fridge. No sugar in anything but we’re not fanatical about no sugar just avoid it if possible.

Moe's breakfast.
Low sodium bacon from Costco. I'm surprised how good this bacon is.
Served with butter basted eggs.

Today's baguette bake in the background.

So do I. I think I have 10 of them. They are sold by specialist tea shops primarily as tea strainer rests but, not being a tea drinker, I only use them as chopstick rests or as eggcups.

Not a great fan of a sweet breakfast but sometimes indulge, this was such an occasion. Toasted Belgian waffle bought from Aldi ( very sweet ) with butter and maple syrup.

Zucchini does have a way of sneaking into every meal this time of year.
