Book application of rotavapor in the kitchen

I need a book on the application of rotavapor machine. I've searched something on web but i can't find something strictly professional for the kitchen please help me. To improve the research.

Personally I don't know about any book dedicated to this single subject. There are great explanations on Tony Conigliaro's "The Cocktail Lab".

Yes is good but i don't want something as liquor i want to create something strictly focused on food and dish for example i've tried something as coffe espresso extraction. But without any guidelines is really difficult
