Coked my steelhead in the Speedi (air fryer method). Brushed on some SoyVay
glaze and it was the best I've ever made. Slight undercooked, as always, it was very moist and delicious. Served with sticky rice and air fryer asparagus.
I've used them a time or two in my chili recipe and the were quite good.
They're available at my grocery store for a lot less $ than that. I just checked, they're 1.67 each USD.
