  2. I was able to source some of the Schweppes as well but I do prefer the Polar. It has a bit more tartness and pairs beautifully with the gin.

  8. Coked my steelhead in the Speedi (air fryer method). Brushed on some SoyVay glaze and it was the best I've ever made. Slight undercooked, as always, it was very moist and delicious. Served with sticky rice and air fryer asparagus.

  11. I've used them a time or two in my chili recipe and the were quite good. They're available at my grocery store for a lot less $ than that. I just checked, they're 1.67 each USD.

  17. I'd recommend KAF. Though I've never made brioche their recipes are very reliable. Check the French Toast Brioche recipe.

    Me too, only with thin-sliced onion. Of course, in my book, every thing is better with onion.
  19. I managed to track down some Bitter Lemmon. Mixed with Tanqueray Gin, it makes a really refreshing drink!
