- Stuffed Vine Leaves
- Hummos
- Sausages Pomegranate Molasses
- Aubergines Baba Ghanouj
- Pickles - Olives - Muhamara
- Taouk Jirkess (Chicken - Yoghurt - Tehineh)
- Kibbeh Kassabieh
- Aubergine Kabab
.......and for dessert, a slice of Heaven in the Sky.
- Kashta bel Festok ( Clotted Cream and Pistachio)
