Hi there, Can anyone help me out, Im planning to start a food cart business in India. I wanted some advice because I want to know what types of perishable and non perishable food items I can offer. I  do not have much knowledge in this field. please help

Before you get much deeper, you should review this website, which is hosted by the Food Safety and Standards Agency of India.  Apparently the FSSAI regulates food carts, among other things.  The site includes much information, including links to the Code and Regulations.
