Anyone Tried Sun Dried Tomato Ketchup

I cannot imagine they actually sun dry tomatoes.

 

Dehydrate? yes.

 

 

 

I thought similarly about recent products, although when I first tried sun dried tomatoes they were, indeed, dried in the sun.

Here you go:

 

Ingredients
sun dried tomato puree (water, sun dried tomatoes) tomato concentrate, corn syrup, white distilled vinegar, sugar, sun dried tomato powder, salt, onion powder, spices, natural flavor, contains 0.5% or less of the following: garlic powder, spices, sulfur dioxide (for color retention)
