Ive gotten a Behmor 1600 coffee roaster, primarily to roast for my sister.

do several single lbs batches. rest. vacuum seal and send to her.

i roast in an iRoast smaller batches for myself

the Behmor manual suggests having a fire extinguisher for a potential 'chaff' fire

good advice. I had one I used once on my Weber a grease fire

this was of the foamy type. pain to clean up. now I pay attention to the Weber Grease Thing-y from time to time.

Id like to get a small CO2 extinguisher for the roaster as CO2 is a bit easier to clean up (sic)

Ive only found this:

http://www.amazon.com/Fire-Extinguisher-Wall-Hook-21111/dp/B002L63BOS

any idea if there are small, inexpensive, CO2 single use extinguishers out there?

cant seem to find any.

Ill ask at the Town Fire House tomorrow as is next to the Library.

thanks

I haven't been able to find one at a reasonable price.

Started looking after I made a frigging mess on my Weber with a dry chem FE.

Believe that CO2 requires servicing semi-regularly, so there's that cost as well.

If I spend $300 it'll be on steam boy.

ETA...but wait http://www.ebay.com/itm/15lb-CO2-fire-extinguisher-Current-Hydrotest-Ready-to-be-filled-As-Is-/121218547226?pt=BI_Security_Fire_Protection&hash=item1c39303e1a

didn't know where to get CO2 extinguishers sent me to Home Depot

Ebay has a ton of the CO2 extinguishers in the $30 price range. I would imagine they must be shipped empty and need to be refilled.
