I was able to snag 6 different types of Maseri curry pastes in the plastic cups, rather than the small cans

I havent opened them yet and would like to know from experienced users how long they would last covered back up in the refrig.

thanks

If I remember correctly the Maesri tubs are packaged the same as the Mae Ploy. Inside of the tub the paste is packaged in a sealed, heavy duty plastic bag. I snip a corner of the bag, remove what I need then make sure to tuck the opened end carefully under the bulk of the remaining paste. I keep it in the fridge and use it for many months with no problem. ymmv
