Farmhouse Cheese Co. in Agassiz.

MMMMM ... Castle Blue :biggrin: Debra & her hubbie (forgot his name ... sorry) make some great cheese. One day I will apprentice there! :laugh:

Depends on where in the Valley you are going.

Farmhouse Cheese is a must do.

My husband and I will be at Cookies Grill on Old Yale Road at 9 am if you want to get a fantastic breakfast for a good price :-)
