Sharpening Vegomatic blades

Does anyone know how and what to sharpen vegomatic blades with?

The slicing blades on mine are so blunt that the food just gets stuck/mashed......the wegde cutter works perfectly though!

If your talking about the 1960's food gadget vegomatic, it would be hard to get to the blades with stones or other devices.

This or similar sharpener might do the trick.

I don't know, I'd look into just getting replacement parts. Something this specialized is not meant to be resharpened. I see complete vegomatics on ebay for $10.

I did get mine on ebay......but the shipping cost more than the vegomatic and it took 4 months to get here! I'd love to be able to just buy some new(old!) blades off someone and not have to pay to get the whole thing shipped again.......ebay just isn't the same when you live in Singapore!

Well, you didn't tehnically. Your post implied that it was. If you knew that Singapore was not in China then you could've used Denmark and it would have been just as pointless.
