  1. I have both, the savory and the sweet and highly recommend both
  2. BonVivant, your dish looks so much better than anyhting i saw called "Grünkohl mit Pinkel" ;-)
  3. panroasted potatoes with a little lamb on the side. I have put some goji berries in the sauce, which went very well with the meat
  4. leftover menue: potato and salmon bake with sour cream and fried capers.
  5. another quick and easy dinner on a weekday. stuffed potato with spinach and dolcelatte
  6. quick monday dinner. focaccia with goats cheese and blueberries
  7. tonight: deer stew with gnocchi and pickled plums
  8. I did not have much time for proper cooking lately, so just had this tarte with store bought puff pastry, onion jam, pear and gorgonzola
  9. I got some wonderful smoked pork ribs from my local butcher. just had them with a potatoesalad mixed with endives
  10. Octoberfest is over, on the last day I made myself a small roast from the leg of a suckling pig with kraut
  11. I had a sweet dinner tonight. after a clear beef consomme, I had quark dumplings, rolled in poppy seed with a traditional austrian plum stew
  12. same method works for fresh horsradish, I always have one in my freezer
  13. for sure not a ladies portion ;-) slow roasted duck leg, potatoes, cabbage, can't move anymore
  14. soulfood for cool evenings, potato goulash

  18. my dinner tonight, kitchen looks like after a bomb attack!
  19. I found some baby artichokes today at the market and made a focaccia with a special cheese I get from slovakia
  20. I do a dinner next weekend and the main is cornfed chicken with variations of corn. if it turns out nice, I will let you know ;-)
