I like to stuff zucchini halves with a Greek-spiced ground lamb mixture and cover that with bechamel (riff off of moussaka)-

GROUND LAMB.

In a loaf, roasted on an upright spit to be gyros with TADZIKI(?) the cucumber youghert sauce!

Pickled walnuts

(GTO - pickled walnuts?!?! You're giving me a tough one, as I have nevert tried these, but I will play along and put my best effort forward)

Although I have never tasted Pickled Walnuts, I imagine that they would work well in a Spinich Salad!

Cream goes with chocolate and good bread that's on the salty side. I think you could try adding fleur de sel as well.

You toast the bread, and let the chocolate melt. Then you smear some heavy cream on top.

Larb is perfect with rice to soak up all the delicious sauce at the bottom of the plate so sticky rice KHAO NIAU
