I'd try De Bierkoning in Amsterdam. They claim to have the world's largest collection of beer for sale.. now I don't know if that's true, but I do know it's a wonderful shop with an amazing variety of beers.

they do [have that particular beer]. they are [probably one of the best beer shops]. conveniently/strategically located between 2 of my favourite pubs too!

last season chang beer sponsored everton fc. their beer appeared all around bars in liverpool. Contact everton football club who could probably put in touch with a european rep.
