Who Else Went To A Tasting Today?

Who else went to a Beaujolais Nouveau tasting tonight, and if you did, where was it, what did you taste, and what did you think?

I went to a tasting at a local food specialty and wine shop, and they were giving tastings of four, Georges Duboeuf, Michel Picard, Momessin, and Joseph Drouhin. The Drouhin was my favorite, and Momessin was my least favored. I think the Duboeuf and Picard are both good this year. Good for Beaujolais Nouveau, of course... It should go without saying that this is all relatively speaking. One doesn't expect Beaujolais Nouveau to be some of the finest wines ever, so it's not necessary to give all the disclaimers before praising it. Did I just do exactly that? LOL! I think Beaujolais Nouveau and these few weeks of drinking it are really fun.

I'm looking forward to your comments.

Life is short; eat the cheese course first.
