I concur Tommy - that was some pretty amazing garlic bread...Lou - thanks again for a superb lunch...great food, some nice wine, great company - what could be better on a Friday afternoon? The ceviche was so flavorful...flower oysters were right on the mark - and as good a steak sandwich as I have had anywhere...perfect amount of peppers, onions and potato, and again that bread alone makes it worth it. David, it was very nice to meet you and thanks for being our designated photographer(although the food was so good that I think we may have a few nearly empty dish shots - the last thing that came to our minds when those dishes came out of the kitchen was lets get a picture of it  )...we did get a blender shot however...so stay tuned...

Tommy...Biloxi is a wonderful town...not far from the Ukraine and Columbia  (inside joke)

Pictures to be posted on Monday night. I have to concur that the chevice was amazing and I think it was a mix of shrimp and ahai (sp?) tuna. All I know is that it was a flavor explotion in the mouth, first lime juice then the fish with the cilantro bring up the rear. 5 Stars. Only outdone by the "flower" oysters with the mix at the table minionette and a steak sandwich that would make a vegetarian weep. Hats off to you Lou: you are the man.

Now if I could just get the pictures to post. I have tried everything short of setting up my own home page and paying for web hosting. I think that part of the problem is that I took the pictures with a regular camera and had the photos burned on a cd. Egullet doesn't seem to like the image format, neither does image station. Snapfish, which I have used to upload pictures in the past, did take these pictures but egullet won't accept the img link. Anyone with any suggestions please pm me. I have gone to a lot of effort here but these pictures are definately worth it. Worst case senario I will post a link to my snapfish account and people can follow that to see the pictures.
