New to here and Bay Area!

Hi all, so excited to be here! Stumbled on this by accident somehow and I've been lurking since.

I'm obsessed recently with charcuterie making and always had a knack for pastry. I love all forms of tarts.

I'm based in the Bay Area now (originally from TX - opposite direction, I know).

Thanks for having me!

I should add that I used to have 2 prized possessions: a Lello Musso 4080 gelato maker and an heirloom kitchen aid in pastel yellow from my grandmother that my movers lost on the way here 😭

They lost some other stuff like a 24"x24" cutting board but that's a bit easier to replace.

Nice machine. How do you deal with the non-removable bowl?

Five years ago I posted this for a new member who, for reasons unknown, never returned.

Very carefully! I would use a wet sponge over and over again until it came out clear and to avoid getting water down the center shaft
