How in the blue hell do you let anything get to 82 degrees? This isnt SafeServe..it is common sense. Prep, cook, store properly..this isnt a hard concept to grasp.

And..ugh...I have gotten a satisfactory rating 2 times and I am E. Rutherford..do I have to sleep with one of these people to get listed?

Sorry to butt in here, but do you know if these kind of records are kept (online) for other areas of the country? In particular, California (or the Sacramento area specifically).

I have no idea. Call your local newspaper or health department and ask how to get these records.
