I like Silver Pond, yes, and they are a top Dim Sum restaurant.

BTW a Conditional could be as simple as a water leak in one of the fish tanks. They aren't really indicative of a serious problem. They are also considered to be a first violation, and Silver Pond has been in business for over 20 years. What you need to be worried about are "Unsatisfactory" violations.

The thing about Bergen County health inspectors is when they -want- to find a problem, they usually end up finding one. That's why I find most of these health checks to be pretty uninformative unless its a very serious violation.
