I just made the Raspberry Panna Cotta (from the At Home book), but would love to make some Panna Cotta without the Raspberry flavor. Can I just replace the Raspberry Puree with the same amount of Heavy Cream and keep the rest of the recipe the same? Or will that throw off the amount of other ingredients (specifically the Gelatin) needed?
