Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Spread

I received a Harry and David Gift Basket at Christmas time that included a jar of Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Spread. It was very good on slices of artisan bread and also when tossed with warm pasta. I have the ingredient list and would like to make my own. Anyone have a tried and true recipe for this spread? The ingredient list is roasted red peppers, artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese, parsley, capers, roasted garlic, water, lemon juice concentrate, citric acid, salt and sugar.

I imagine this would be fairly hard to screw up. Just don't use lemon juice concentrate, start with 50/50 red peppers to artichokes, add the other ingredients sparingly and then taste, taste, taste.
