Veyrat, said he was closing "La Maison de Marc Veyrat", better known as "L'Auberge de l'Eridan" located on lac Annecy, and is a three time star rated in the Michelin.

"I am stopping work in Annecy because physically, I have to, following a serious ski accident three years ago," Veyrat said. he said it is put on "standby" and maybe it will be transformed when it reopens.

He for several months, has been working on setting up an ecological farmstead in Manigod, his native village in the French Alps.

And also, according to this week's l'Express establishing a bio restaurant and molecular lab in Beroun, in a forest 20 km outside Prague.
