What would be the best product to use in removing built up grime and grease from a refigerated display case and an oven. Thanks for your suggestions.

Mister Muscle in the oven (thru Sysco)....bleach solution in the fridge.

I' d try vinegar in fridge - and maybe baking soda for rough spots.
