Since my mom passed earlier this year, Christmas was at my brother and sister-in-law's. We all prefer gift cards but my s-i-l insisted on continuing one of my mom's traditions which meant everyone had to have something to open from under the Christmas tree. The first recall I am posting regarding prepared salads is a new recall: "Recall issued for pre-packaged salads" The article lists the specific products being recalled. Though at this point...the salad has passed its "Best Before" date so if you still have it in your refrigerator, you're not going to eat that, are you? The second recall in the news is regarding the recent romaine lettuce recall. A farm which may have been a source of the contaminated lettuce has issued a wider recall of its produce: "The Farm Connected To The Romaine E.Coli Outbreak Is Now Recalling Its Cauliflower"
