After an overnight soak with Powdered Brewery Wash my Le Creuset came clean. I am a believer.

Thank you. In my apartment standard issue electric oven; 550F, preheated for about an hour. On a 12 inch by 12 inch by 1 inch slab of aluminum.

Pardon welt is no longer raised. Pizza would have been worth it except for that bottom crust.

Samuel L. Jackson, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. Yum.

Pizza. Ninety second pizza. Top is great, bottom is burnt. Burnt in ninety seconds. Wish I could get this right. Raging heat would have seared hair from my arms. But I have no hair on my arms. Heat did raise bloody welts. Pictures on request. Dropping the four foot floured peel on the floor did not entirely help.

So sick I got in Naples. They don't wash the glassware.

Airline Food: The good, the bad and the ugly

Hey, I took a charter flight to Europe in the 1960's. Dinner and wine were exceptional. Never mind that my friend and I had had a full dinner and more than a little wine at JFK before boarding. -
Touching them I would not advise. Bread looks good to me.

...including New Jersey.

It had been a while since I purchased a dead tree book on wine... Coming up on fifty years, give or take a couple.
-
But at the moment Talbots doesn't have them.
-
A stink bug landed next to my plate at dinner. I did not partake.
-
Why? Have you tried them?
-
Not close to 665 -- exactly 665. What is the page number of the demonic tortilla at the end?
-
Large aliquot of dough reserved for pizza. Top of this week's boule unburned! Baguette a little wonky. Rum may sometimes do that.

The stink bugs down here are plentiful and mean. They overwinter in houses and the last few days they have been moving in. Many have been dispatched. Note, the most recently invasive Asian stink bug species also bite. Plus they eat tomatoes. Not sure if one could use them as a replacement for what some call coriander leaf. According to Wikipedia the name coriander comes from tasting like bedbugs.

International Aisles or Shelves in Grocery Stores

I had three Shoprite staff helping me find the Mexican Coke the other day. -
Does it come in Blu-ray?
-
OK, I give up. My copy is the Kindle version without page numbers and the index entry that I think you have in mind is not hyperlinked. But if I had to guess I'd say the tortilla picture was on page 665. Anyone with the dead tree edition want to jump in and help?

No lye in house. In the other Le Creuset cleaning thread @fifi said caustics will likely etch the enamel. https://forums.egullet.org/topic/79752-did-i-ruin-my-le-creuset-pan/?do=findComment&comment=1082498
