Just off the top of my head, maybe it does matter what is wrapped inside. Perhaps the inside ingredients affect the result on the wrapper. -

Almost! I did most of my growing up in St. Louis and loved Steak 'n Shake's Chili. But, I prefer saltines to oyster crackers, and now I like pasta with my chili even more! My husband (born and raised in St. Louis) added crushed saltines to his portion.

One of my lady friends and I had lunch at Tookie's Seafood in Seabrook a couple of weeks ago. This fairly new restaurant just recently added lunch to their hours. On that occasion we both ordered fried seafood - she had the platter and I had the shrimp. We were both happy with our food but neither of us thought to take any photos! Anyway, we returned to the restaurant again today and this time we ordered grilled seafood and I remembered to take photos! My girlfriend had the Grilled Tilapia with rice and vegetables. And I had the Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, also with rice and vegetables. And my meal came with the added surprise of a Seafood Empanada! The pastry was hot and crispy and the filling was full of shrimp. Yum!

On my own for dinner tonight. No leftovers and did not feel like cooking, so pulled this Stouffer's Swedish Meatball frozen dinner out and nuked it. Surprisingly good!

I had forgotten about it, too. My cousin is the actress that played Emeril's wife, Nora.

She never said my name either! Yes, Mr. Green Jeans, Captain Kangaroo, Grandfather Clock and Bunny Rabbit... I must be weird too - I do not like crispy crust but love the gooey bottoms. I would flip the pie out of the tin, cut off the crust edge and discard, then mash the rest of it all together.

Does she just say that that is the salt that she used or does she advocate that it is the only salt to use?

We used up the leftover chicken from last night's dinner for a Chicken and Mushroom Risotto. The risotto was made in our rice cooker.

Just wanted to add that I tried something new for me when I cooked this dish last night. Cleaning the pan has always been a pain. In the past, I have tried using foil to line the pan but the food would stick. Last night I decided to line the pan with parchment paper. It worked wonderfully! The food did not stick and clean up was much easier.

We had the first real hint of Fall this morning - the temperature did not go above 75 degrees until after 10 am. LOL! Supposed to be a bit cooler tomorrow! Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs and Vegetables

PS: On the topic of the still to be repaired refrigerator, my friend was called by her appliance company, just after we had ordered our meals, to be told that the parts were in and could they come by to make the repair today. NO! Not to fully rant, long story, but she has been very patient for 4 weeks and for them to call and expect her to be there at the drop of the hat was just too much, especially when she was 45 minutes away from home. Anyway, the repair has now been scheduled for Wednesday and we enjoyed our lunch.
