Retired since 2004. My last career was a Registered Dietitian specializing in sports nutrition. We have 1.3 acres on the beautiful Naramata Bench which is a small wine area specializing in boutique wineries. We have 200 vines which we use to make our own wine.
I enjoy attempting ethnic foods. I have been cooking East Indian foods for many years.
i am all about the quality of ingredients and cooking with what's in season. Where I live the local produce and meats are amazing.
