I'm so hungry for good seafood. You're not helping 🤣 It sure is beautiful there. Dip a toe in the pool at least

I admire your restraint in not purchasing everything in that store lol. I think I'd have to ban myself from the cheese section.

I've definitely been doing really bad about about sticking to the low carb/no carb thing. I hope I'm not slowly killing Ronnie one French fry at a time lol sigh. It's just hard in the throes of winter. I want alllllll the comfort foods and that means carbs. So, I hope I'm forgiven by his doctor. But I bet I'm not. Anyway. We've finally climbed out of the deep freeze. The snow that hasn't melted will today. I've turned the heater off that was by the pipes in the basement and turned the faucets off from the incessant dripping that was driving me crazy--but that's better than busted pipes. I better order my seeds for the garden within the next week or so because spring is fast arriving. Picked up a Sam's rotisserie chicken and got several meals out of it --quesadillas was one. Zoodles with the last of my venison meatballs and salad Really wanted some seafood so I dug out some of the oysters from the freezer--I have enough left for one more meal. Did some shrimp Alfredo with a mix of zoodles and regular pasta (I blame @Dejah--her shrimp alfredo up yonder looked so good). I had one jar of "apple" pie filling left that I canned --it's actually zucchini-so I made a galette for dessert Pizza night because I had left over sauce Chicken wings, squash and a cabbage salad Jalapeno sausages and fries Last night I climbed back on the no carb wagon and did SV'd pork chops, salad and cheesy cauliflower and broccoli

I bet the people really enjoyed getting that delicious looking pizza! I know I would. I, too, am cheering you on and wowed and awed by what you're doing.

Welcome Kevin! I just saw your gorgeous cauliflower soup

Well that is just beautiful! There is a law that states that we are not allowed to eat health food during any type of snow, ice and severe cold. Looks soooo good. I want your shrimp Alfredo--I might just have to make that tonight. Like a lot of us we have snow and bitter cold going on. Today is supposed to be the last of it and then highs get into the 40's. I'm ok with that but I'm sure not ready for summer. Give me some cooler temps until at least March please I re-ran across that Vinegar Chicken recipe that I love so I did a smaller version of that. Doesn't look like much but it was good. Lamb stew that REALLY hit the spot. Fried chicken using what I didn't use for the vinegar chicken. My plate looks really puny lol. Broccoli salad, fries, kraut and German sausages from the Amish market. Chicken quesadillas Zoodles, my venison meatballs and sauce and salad under a mountain of basil.

I'd have saved them for St. Patrick's Day 😆 Great job as per usual! It looks delicious and I'm sure it tasted delicious! But. I'm going to have to speak to your husband. Garlic Parmesan Toast Cutie 🤣

PERFECT! I love the chopped onion, cheese and Fritos as toppings. And, I often use all different kinds of beans in chili because I have all kinds different bags open already. Great job!

I am glad it turned out well and I'm also glad you documented it. I look at this thread all the time for guidance.

Completely agree. I wrote back and thanked them. I got a response just now telling me to take as long as I wanted to think, the 30% discount will be available at any time so that's really nice.
-
I got another response. Ninja offered me 30% off on a new multi cooker or air fryer. I'd have to order directly from their site and they don't offer the 10-1 airfryer/ multi cooker that I would order if they had it. I don't want just a plain air fryer (that function still works so far on my Ninja) and I don't need another multi cooker to go with my 3 IP's lol. So, I guess I'll politely decline.

OH you're right. Math is not my forte 🤣
-
Also, by posting here I was able to narrow down the date when I got the Ninja from Ronnie. My Ninja is 10 years old. 😳 Lol bet they are like "girl, go buy a new one you idiot" 🤣

Ninja has already contacted me. Sent me through another troubleshooting exercise and then asked for pictures of my Ninja and of the serial number. Time for a glass of wine.

A while back I did a brisket that Ronnie had cold smoked ( 4 hours at 150F )--I SV'd it for 24hrs at 155F. Dry dry dry (the first time I did it this way it was excellent). We decided this brisket must have been way more lean. Anyway I did one for dinner last night (3.11 lbs and pretty lean). 155F for 16 hours. Perfect.
