  1. This couldn't be more timely. Ronnie doesn't know it because he hasn't had the need to open it yet, but the exact same drawer in my oven is stuck. Has been for weeks. I've kicked it, rattled it..you name it, I've done it. Now I know I need some Anoia.
  2. I think we're definitely related. I bought a fancy brand chocolate sauce that I've saved for "a special occasion". The other day I had some vanilla ice cream that I wanted to eat and decided that it was a good day to just break that out. Why wait? It was moldy 🤣
  3. Me too and WOW that is an excellent price on that ham!
  4. Well. I think someone should start making those barrel containers on a smaller size. I think the oils would keep for longer. Plus it's cool.
  5. Yeah....either I'm a wimp (probably) or (or also lol) I think they get hotter because of different growing temps. etc. I've gotten the mediums and they sometimes would blow my head off. You showed incredible restraint.
  6. I LOVE this OMG the oils and vinegars--I LOVE the containers. Just like my wine. Do they sell them like that or is it only for tasting purposes? I would assume they stay fresher--like my wine advertises that it can last months. Which I can only attest to the fact that they last days around here 🤣
  7. Love the mug 😊

    Dinner 2026

Thaw and then cut down the top of the shell and loosen the meat. Season--I did Lawry's salt and pepper. Couple pats of butter. Vac pac (I had to trim the sharp edges off because they kept puncturing the bag arrrgh). SV at 140F for 45 mins. Mine were on the smaller side so 45 was plenty. 🤣🤣 The doctor seems to have no problem with him having high cholesterol so that's an excellent plan 🤣

    Dinner 2026

@Norm Matthews and @Paul Bacinoyou both have me drooling over your shrimp! Beef short ribs over REAL mashed potatoes. Ronnie's doctor is going to kill me. Fried bass, cheesy cauliflower and collard greens Tuna melts--no bread, done in bell peppers (don't look @rotuts) Salad and fried livers and gizzards Valentine's dinner Oysters Cheesy mashed potatoes Roasted asparagus SV'd lobster tail Chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert
  10. Another stellar week! How long did you do the chicken in the slow cooker?
  11. The instructions that came with the kit: I guess the tomatoes ARE authentic
  12. I found it! Stay tuned--I have to start dinner but I'll be back with more info.
  13. I'm SO excited that you went and tried it--and loved it !!!! It's addictive IMO. I wish I was more help with the ingredient questions--I swear I will go right now and try to find my stash and maybe that will help me.
  14. Yeah it's turned cold with a strong wind from the north here, too. I highly recommend searching out that salad if you're up for it. @pattiis the one that introduced it to me several years ago. I went through a phase where I couldn't get enough of it! I bought several "kits" off of Etsy and also Amazon. I found a picture of one of them that I made--the tomatoes were my addition and probably aren't traditional: edited to add I'll try to dig around in my cabinets--I bet I still have a mix stashed somewhere
