  11. Cooking and food is in my blood... My family has been in the food biz for over 74 years in all different capacities. I own 250+ cookbooks and the same amount of spices.. I love creating new things so much that I once juiced potatoes to extract the protein (its in the juice) to try and make a heat coagulatable vegan egg substitute...It worked but tasted gross.
  12. I have an Instant Pot. Ive made soup, pot roast, and a few other things I cant rememeber. Its easy and works great. I dont have the newer one with the yogurt setting though

  15. Am I a bad cook if I prefer Salmon well done and brown and crispy on the edges? I prefer Turkey dry so the gravy makes it juicy? I love to occasionally over grill my chicken breast till its crispy and chewy? I usually do cook chicken "perfect", but at times I like it as above. I do prefer steak medium rare though.

  23. TtogullI think it is immoral...especially if your germy hands get me sick and its illegal if you tamper with preweighed boxes or bags and reduce advertised amounts...
  24. Its despicable! I saw some old lady redistributing apricots in the preweighed bags. I hate when people put their hands on the berries and eat them too. I dont know where their hands have been. its probably why some berries form mould. I, being the loud mouth activist I am WILL say something when I see someone doing it too. they need to seal the bags and boxes.
