Taco Town: in real life.

A very resourceful individual decided to remake the Taco Town offer, sans bag of salsa.

Completely unappetizing, yet worthy of applause.

I cant believe it, oh the Taco Thing i believe, but wasting much of my lunch hour reading about it, that is what i cant believe.

I am trying to see where the taste can be improved lol. I would SO make that and eat it and maybe die a happy man.

It would appear that they left out a few elements.

That was one of the funniest SNL skits I have seen in awhile...perhaps since the Narnia video. Funny that they both revolved around food.

I agree. A couple layers seem to be missing. I am slightly disappointed not to see the corn husk go down in the oil w/ all the rest. Ah well...

"Chronic(wha?)cles" of Narnia was pretty funny too. Samberg and Parnell are a great team.

Though Natalie Portman's rap puts all this stuff to shame.

Set your Tivo...the Natalie Portman hosted-show is being repeated this weekend.

edited to make this post on-topic...

From the photograph linked to in the first post, it looks more like accupuncture food. Hey, maybe we can launch a new food fad!

  • 1 month later...

this is unacceptable. they could have easily made the taco true to its form.

aside from skipping steps (corn husk and pico de gallo!?) i am highly suspicious of the contents being that they described one step on the site as being, "The perisia crepe filled with egg, rierre, murguese sausage and portabello mushrooms." i doubt they were able to find "rierre" cheese and "murquese" sausage to go in their "perisia" crepe. i bet the cheese on that crepe is the same one they used in a previous step! and who knows if it's even monteray jack, could be white american for all we know. also, where's the mushroom?!

NO MUSHROOM!
