Just a quick follow-up to my question about sidecars. I found myself downtown yesterday and decided to stop by Town & Country to try their version of a sidecar. Let me preface by saying that I've had sidecars at exactly three different places and I am not familiar enough with the recipe to know what it should taste like according to Mr. Boston. That said, I really enjoyed the sidecar there. It wasn't boozy at all but you could taste that the ingredients were not cheap hooch with a nice balance of sweetness and fruit. Not sure I was keen on the sugared rim but wasn't bad either.
