Yes, you're right! The restaurant is Verre, although the chef is now the excellent Jason Atherton.

The Greek got it right. I meant close in that Bruce worked at The Square and is mates with Phil Howard and that they share a business partner in Nigel Platts Martin.

And yes, I love that avatar as much as always, especially whilst suffering from the mother of all hangovers.

Starter- WATERCRESS SOUP, GOATS CHEESE MASCARPONE TORTELLINI

Main- ROAST RUMP OF LAMB, POMME ANNA,TOMATO AND PARSLEY JUS, HARICOTS VERTS

Dessert- BAKED EGG CUSTARD, CARAMELISED APPLE
