It represents how I feel today. I have successfully managed to poison myself by cooking up leftovers of Sunday's excellent Free-range chicken into an insipid mess last night. I need say no more, other than I am feeling very sorry for myself today.

Here goes

Traditional Lyonnaise salad

Dover Sole Braised in Truffle Jus with New Potatoes and Globe Artichokes

Warm Chocolate Tart with Star Anise

Ok, fairly woeful but what do you want, poetry?
