Got Willow off at 6:30 am. She is headed for Albuquerque tonight. Her car is much lighter today than yesterday😀. Safe travels everyone. I’m at SLC airport now. Anxious to see everyone.

Started my journey today! Rental car is packed to the gills (though I would say about half is being unloaded at Ruth’s 😂)IMG_8999.thumb.jpeg.1be91b09211e1dcb82026fe7b9c2ca6c.jpeg

Lost track of who asked for The Chocolatiers Kitchen, but I am happy to bring mine since I'm driving down from Arkansas

I was the one who asked for it, but it's totally up to you. If it feels like a burden, don't worry about it. I took pictures of the ones I'm interested in making. Willow said she has some pictures of the book on her iPad too. I just thought it was a good resource in case others would like to try recipes from it—but again, if it's a burden, don't worry about it. I'm sure there will be plenty of ideas.

Finding TCF will be a bit of a challenge. Just remember it is in Building 2 unit D. It is a complex with many building, not well marked. It faces the fence near the U-Haul building.

Not sure what's going on but every time I try to upload the photo of Ruth and I it uploads upside down 🙄, so no photo. Made it to Albuquerque, excited to be done driving for the day.

@RanaMN forgot my iPad so won't have it with me...

We just checked this place out. It's about 6 miles to our hotel in a strip mall. It's a bean to bar Ecuadorian chocolate shop. It's a simple little place. The owners are from Ecuador. They make bars and bonbons. (No color and only dark chocolate). In case anyone wants to check it out.

Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow! Also we just stopped by at the central market, Ruth wasn't joking when she said they have a whole wall of chocolate. We went to the one on Lamar. Kate Weiser has bonbon boxes there and her 35 count box was almost  half price on sale! Definitely great selections of chocolates! IMG_1423.thumb.jpeg.4426402365fcbf9d02ba0a3e812266c8.jpeg

Hey everyone!

Since there were a lot of new folks who attended this year, or just starting out in their businesses who might be interested in picking up some packaging at a screaming deal I am going to list what I have & the quantities (some are approximate) and a google drive link that will take you to photos of them. If you are interested in anything, send me a DM or you have my email in the booklet Ruth gave you. I will be in town the next couple days, then traveling this weekend and back next week and able to ship stuff. First come first serve, so folks who reach out to me the quickest will have the best chance at getting what they want.

So the deal is, you pay for the shipping cost to get the packaging to you and that's all you have to pay for, essentially you'll get the boxes for free. Given the impending tariff situation y'all are about to find yourselves in, might be worth it, at least to get you through for a bit.

Anyway, it was lovely seeing/meeting everyone! And if you are starting out and need some equipment, let me know, I have a few things left I'm trying to offload :)
