Ah! Another member of the Stupid Company Name Club. I see they've fallen for the Himalayan pink salt scam. too!

 

Still bad writing though. Should the menu have read Sourdough and Ampers&nd Butter it may have been less confusing. Even just capitalising Ampersand might have helped.
